Participation procedure

General requirements

The IV International Conference on Information Technology and Nanotechnology will be held in Samara (Russia) from April 24 to April 27, 2018, at the 1st campus building of Samara University. We invite the submission of original, unpublished papers on Conference topics. The deadlines for paper submitting are indicated in the Important Dates section.

The Conference has the following restrictions on the reports number: one person can be a co-author of no more than 4 papers and represent no more than 2 papers.

Participation procedure

To participate in the Conference, the authors need to:

- submit an application for a report in EasyChair (only Authors, Title, and Abstract are required);
- submit a paper in EasyChair using templates (The Paper is required);
- register on the Conference website;
- pay the registration fee;
- present the work at the Conference.

Please note that the Program Committee reserves the right to reject the paper if:

- the deadlines and the order of paper submission have been violated;
- the quality of the report does not correspond to the level of the Conference;
- the report has already been submitted / published in other sources.

Registration and payment of registration fees should be made after the acceptance notification.

Guidelines

The Organizing Committee asks the authors to adhere to the following rules when submitting papers for the Conference. Papers that do not comply with these rules are not considered.

To prepare the paper, authors can use MS Word (download template) and LaTex (download template). The templates are presented in the Materials sectionIt is mandatory to attach a PDF copy of the paper in the EasyChair system. The volume of the paper should be from 3 to 10 pages.

Additional Proceedings

All papers presented at the Conference will be published in the proceedings. Following the Conference, selected papers will be recommended for publication in English in the proceedings indexed by Scopus and Web of Science. The paper must be presented by the author in person to be included in any Proceedings.

Paper submission to additional Proceedings will be carried out through the EasyChair system. The a special section become available after notification of paper acceptance into an additional Proceedings.

Please note that the Program Committee reserves the right to reject the work if:

- the deadlines and the order of paper submission have been violated;
- the quality of the work does not correspond to the level of the Conference;
- the work has already been submitted / published in other sources;
- the work has significant differences from the version presented at the Conference.

Presentation guidelines

The languages of the Conference are English and Russian.
Each plenary talk is allocated 45 minutes lecture sessions, including 10 minutes for questions, session chair introductions, and any set up that is not completed in advance. Each oral section talk is allocated 15 minutes, including 3 minutes for questions, session chair introductions, and any set up that is not completed in advance. Be prepared to begin your presentation as soon as the prior presenter has finished; it is important to keep on schedule.
Each of the rooms allocated for the sections and plenary sessions will be equipped with a computer and a projector. All Oral Presenters must load and test presentation files before the scheduled talk.
For each paper accepted within a poster session, a poster board space is reserved with dimensions of А1 format (841 mm × 594 mm). Presenters should post time slots of their presence on the panel and be present for interactive questions at the given time.
