The IX International Conference on Information Technology and Nanotechnology (ITNT-2023) was held online from April 17 to April 21, 2023 by the Samara National Research University and the Image Processing Systems Institute of RAS – Branch of the FSRC «Crystallography and Photonics» RAS.

More than 250 scientists (and more than 120 are young scientists under the age of 35) from Russia, Belarus, Armenia, China, Italy, India, Iraq, Kazakhstan, Pakistan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, USA took part in the Conference. 
Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (I-triple-E) acted as the partner of the ITNT-2023. Computer Optics, Optical Memory and Neural Networks, Journal of Biomedical Photonics & Engineering, Avtometriya, Current Problems in Remote Sensing of the Earth from Space, Information Processes were the media partners of the ITNT-2023.
