Samarkand State University named after Sharof Rashidov together with Samara National Research University named after Sergey Korolev are pleased to announce that the XI Conference on Information Technology and Nanotechnology (ITNT-2025) will be held from 7 to 9 October 2025 at Samarkand State University named after Sharof Rashidov, Republic of Uzbekistan (the main program and Youth School), and Samara University, Russian Federation (Youth School for russian participants). The conference will be held in person.

The Conference is intended to provide a forum for leading scientists from all over the world to discuss the latest advances in the basic and applied research in the field of Information Technology, Nanotechnology, Nanomaterials, and Artificial Intelligence (see Conference Committees); attract young people to advanced scientific research, and share the latest trends in training and research programs for future ITNT specialists. The main program of the Conference will be held at the Samarkand State University. The conference is held with the financial support of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, grant No. 075-15-2025-610

Within the framework of the XI International Conference on Information Technology and Nanotechnology (ITNT-2025) the Youth School will be held. At the Youth School young researchers, post-graduate students and senior students will get acquainted with the scientific achievements in the Conference topics. They also will have a unique opportunity to improve their professional level and publish their scientific results.
