Analysis of the influence of stimulation on wide social groups’ behavior based on the Stackelberg game
The problem of stimulation the socially optimal behavior of wide social groups (agents) is considered on the example of volunteering. Based on the game-theoretic model with the Stackelberg leadership, possible equilibrium variants are investigated, i.e., the optimal action vectors of social groups, in conditions of asymmetry of awareness. In the case of a linear decreasing function of incentives and linear cost functions of agents, the Nash equilibrium conditions in the Stackelberg game are proved. Analytical formulas for calculating the equilibria for various type parameters of agents, differentiated by their tendency to altruism, are derived. On the basis of statistics on the distribution of the population of Russia by their tendency to altruism, the behavior of social groups of volunteers is modeled.

The ontology-driven approach to intelligent support of requirements engineering in agile software development
The work presents the ontological approach to the intelligent support of requirements engineering with the agile software development. An ontological model is proposed that combines ontology for information support of requirements engineering and ontology of the application domain. The requirements are analyzed as logical statements about the subject area of the software product being developed. A method is also proposed for extracting and analyzing requirements from natural language formulations. The description of the developed prototype of the decision support system is given. The presented approach involves the joint use of several OWL files that enables presenting knowledge about the project, the application domain and the semantic relations between the key elements of the proposals with the requirements (actors, actions and objects). Protégé 5.2 is used to work with ontology. The decision support system is written in Python.

Delays in QS queues with correlated application flows
The article is devoted to the analysis of delays in queues of queuing systems (QS), with correlated flows of requests of a general form. Packet traffic in multiservice networks is characterized by a high degree of correlation. Based on interval analysis methods, relations are obtained that generalize the Khinchin-Pollyachek formula for the average value of the waiting time in queuing systems with general application flows. The main parameters analyzed when deriving these formulas are time intervals between neighboring applications. It is shown that the values of time delays in queues depend on the variance of the variance index and the variance index of a random variable characterizing the degree of after-service of the processed orders.

Numerical solution of the dynamic incentive problem in discrete time with account the learning curve effect
The paper considers the of the dynamic incentive problem in discrete time with account the learning curve effect. The task is formulated as a dynamic game between the leader and the performers. To solve the problem, the principle of cost recovery is applied, which divides the original task into tasks of coordinated incentives and coordinated planning. The task of coordinated planning is mathematically formalized as an optimal process control problem in discrete time. Numerical solutions are obtained for coordinated planning problems for various learning curves models using the Bellman dynamic programming method.

Analysis of open data of a social network in order to identify deviant communities
The system of analysis of open data of the social network Vkontakte is developed and programmatically implemented. Two ways of identification of deviant communities are proposed. The first way is by the number of community subscribers blocked by the social network for violating the rules. The second way, by the presence of common subscribers between the studied community, and the community about which it is precisely known that it is deviant. It is experimentally established that the second method of identification of deviant communities gives the best result.

Time series prediction based on the penalty spline and the real-time DBScan cluster analysis algorithm
Real-time forecasting is particularly valuable: with the help of the data obtained with such a forecast, it is possible to quickly and objectively reflect a constantly updated picture of any process. The prediction model described in this paper is based on the recurrent P-spline. One of the main parameters of the model, which significantly affect the result of the forecast, is the parameter h-the number of measurements of the spline link. The setting of this parameter is performed by using the density clustering algorithm DBScan. This algorithm was modified for the problem to be solved: setting the upper limit of the number of elements in the cluster, solving the problem of overlapping clusters, creating rules for applying the algorithm in real time.

Algorithms for designing communication networks using greedy heuristics of various types
We consider two frequently occurring problems in the modeling of the communication network associated with the construction of a graph of the communication network that satisfies certain conditions. We propose an algorithm to which the solution of both problems can be reduced, which belongs to the class of greedy algorithms. The question of the uniqueness of the solution of the tasks is investigated. A positive result of the solution of the problem is obtained and sufficient conditions of uniqueness are revealed. The conducted researches and development of the corresponding software have practical significance at design of real communication networks.

Forming a unified information platform for managing a life cycle of a building object
The problem of full-fledged information modeling of the life cycle of the construction project and a single view of the object, including the stages of its construction and operation, is very relevant today and does not have a complete solution. The subject of the article: the organization of the software environment for managing the project life cycle processes on an integrated information platform. The article analyzes the main directions of information modeling in the construction industry; a comparative analysis of IT-systems BIM (Building Information Model or Modeling) and PLM (Product Lifecycle Management system) performed; explored the possibilities of modernization of the design environment and the integration of different applications; revealed the functionality of BIM technologies necessary for the development of the programming environment for the life cycle of a building object. The article shows that the most promising way to solve problems is the integration of Western and Russian technologies using the BIM model on the PLM platform. A technological IT platform should be developed that describes a process model based on a single data source with the possibility of effective interaction of all building subsystems and project participants and allows integrating data into third-party systems.

The ternary logic for aerial objects groups detecting on base of undefined attributes
The task of objects groups detecting (grouping) exists in many application areas. It is important for the air objects tracking. Grouping, as a rule, is carried out on the basis of an evaluation of degree of proximity of objects in space of their attributes. The attributes can be both quantitative and qualitative. For air objects, such attributes are their coordinates, altitude, speed, course, as well as class, type, nationality, etc. Under real conditions the estimates of such attributes are usually undefined. This paper deals with the methods of representation and processing of undefined estimates of quantitative and qualitative attributes of aerial objects. The rules are formulated, that allowing to conclude that the objects reliably belong to one group or possibly belong to one group or do not belong to one group. To formalize these rules, the ternary extension of the Boolean algebra is proposed. This algebra is Kleene logic algebra with strong propositional connectives.

Review of V.A. Soifer's work in the field of statistical communication theory
A key role in ensuring the reliability of hydraulic systems is operational reliability, which is achieved by using modern diagnostic methods. Existing methods for monitoring the technical condition of the hydraulic system during their operation in most cases are based on achieving the required indicators for the output parameters, such as pressure, flow rate of the working fluid, the speed of shifting of the actuators, leakage and other parameters calculated by the duration of the transient processes. This approach allows you to diagnose the overall hydraulic systems and its components in detail. This paper describes an array of data generation and preparation and real-time diagnosis on the operation for a working and faulty hydraulic system in order to develop a tool for operational and proactive maintenance of industrial plants and technological complexes in accordance with their technical condition. Experimental test bench is used for data preparation and online tests of machine learning, neural network fault detection and prediction methods.
