REGISTRATION FEE PAID TO SAMARKAND STATE UNIVERSITY

* The price is indicated for participation with one report. When participating with two reports, the cost of the registration fee increases by $100. According to the rules of the Conference, one person can be a co-author of no more than four reports, including presenting no more than two of them personally at the Conference.

Payment of the registration fee to Samarkand State University is possible in the following ways:
• by bank transfer under the agreement,
• in cash before the start of the Conference.

Procedure for cashless payment of registration fee to Samarkand State University

The participant downloads a template of documents for registration fee payment from the conference website (AGREEMENT and ACT OF SERVICES RENDERED – one file in .doc format):

documents for payment of the registration fee for a legal entity,

documents for payment of the registration fee for an individual.

1. The participant sends a file in .doc format with completed details to the secretary of the local committee of Samarkand State University D. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with the following indication in the subject line: “Payment of registration fee, conference ID _____ Full name of the author”.
2. A scanned set of documents (agreement, act of services rendered, invoice and payment bill), signed by Samarkand University, is sent to the participant by reply email.
3. The participant signs the contract and the act of services rendered (2 copies each), pays the registration fee according to the details specified in the invoice. (In the "Payment purpose" field, indicate: for participation in the ITNT-2025 conference ID ______ under contract No. ____ dated ___.____.2025).
